Your Gut Is Crying For Help…Are you Listening?
I received a lot of questions about a recent blog, “how to listen to what your body is telling you.” Naturally, it’s time to get even more specific by focusing on what your gut is trying to tell you. Our gut is so important to our health and wellbeing, energy levels, and happiness. It’s also easily impacted by lifestyle choices and stress levels!
Our gut is located in our second chakra, our energetic center of abundance, creativity, sexuality, emotions, and more. When it’s flowing well, we are flowing. Physically (ya know, bathroom), emotionally (processing our feelings), and overall in life (all is good!). When we have blocks in that area, we may feel blocked physically (constipated), emotionally (stuffing emotions), and feel stuck in our lives.
How we take care of our gut impacts all of those things and more. In today’s Vlog, I talk about the relationship between how we digest food and how we digest life. Specifically I share how my eating style was creating digestive stress for my gut and one way I fixed that.
