Meditation to Magnify Your Magnificence
I’m excited to share a meditation I channeled in one of my private groups. My intention was to help people release and ground, because people were feeling stressed, frazzled and overwhelmed. However, we went much deeper than that, which is no surprise when it comes to channeling!
We’re officially in the fall season, and this is our time to ground down and to bring ourselves into a lower gear energetically. Our peak energy was in the spring summer. While that doesn’t mean you won’t take action and won’t set goals for the remaining months of the year, you may find yourself in more of a reflective, introspective space, over a get-shit-done mode. Respect it! Notice your energy and honor it. Don’t force.
In addition to grounding, in this meditation…
We do some big time releasing, which is always an interesting process. Because often times we don’t even know something is bothering us/stressing us out until we give it space to breathe! So don’t be surprised if you become aware of and release a lot more than you expected!
We also release any protective layers surrounding our heart center that are no longer serving us and may even be blocking the good stuff from flowing in!
We close by filling our being and aura with divine light, to magnify our magnificence. And honestly, that part of the meditation will get you feeling full of joy!
